| Each
apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all cooking utensils,
crockery and bed linen, however towels are not provided. The owners
request visitors not smoking inside the apartments, and the bringing
of pets onto the property is not allowed. The rental period commences
on a Saturday at 4.00 pm, and finishes at 10.00 on the last day.

"FOLI"
This
apartment is approximately 50 sq.mtrs in total, and is situated
on the ground floor. It contains one bedroom with 2 single beds.
The lounge area is large, and fully furnished. The kitchen is
also large, with work-tops, gas oven, fridge and cupboard space.
The bathroom contains shower, bidet, wash-hand basin and the toilet
is separate. Outside there is a small terrace with table and chairs,
umbrella and sun loungers. |

"PATRICE"
This
apartment is approximately 67 sq.mtrs in total, and is situated
on the first floor. It contains 2 bedrooms, one with double bed,
one with 2 single beds. The bedroom with 2 single beds also has
a cabinet de toilette with wash-hand basin. The lounge is large,
with the kitchen making an L-shape. The kitchen contains a 4-ring
gas hob and a small oven/grill, a fridge and worktop areas. There
is ample cupboard space. There is a shower room with wash-hand
basin and the toilet is separate. There is a large terrace, which
has table and chairs and sun loungers, and is part shaded by a
sun roof. |
